June 22 It Has Begun

Last night, I retired about 10pm and it was still light outside, like dusk. Like a relatively bright twilight. This morning, I woke up due to dawn lighting conditions at 4:15am. It had been getting dark about 9:30pm and light about 5am. What a neat thing to notice on the eve and post morning of Summer Solstice, eh? It was cloudy and rainy the night and morning before, so not so noticeable. The light doesn't bother me; I just slap on a very well designed mask and go back to sleep! I'll take pictures in AK and post them so you can see what it's like, too.
